WHAT'S HAPPENING WEDNESDAYS: February 26th - March 4th

Where: Project Gallery, 1109 Queen St. E.
What: An optics-based art exhibit focused (pun intended) on the idea of aperture as the hole through which light and image travels. Exhibit runs February 27th-March 5th, check website for gallery hours.

Date: February 27th
When: 7PM
Where: Weird Things, 998 Bathurst St.
What: Not going to lie, I have no idea what this is but it’s going to be awesome because it is a mystery party at a place called Weird Things. There might be some recent art prints involved, or something.

Date: March 1st - 29th
Where: Stephen Bulger Gallery, 1026 Queen St. W.
What: Artist Sarah Anne Johnson photographed individuals in intimate poses for her fourth solo exhibition “Wonderlust.” Note to self: do not bring Mom to this one.

Date: March 3rd
Where: Berkeley Church, 315 Queen St. E.
What: A fun-filled day of panel discussions and workshops. Hosted by our colleagues at Centennial College’s Culture and Heritage Institute this year’s symposium is called “Arts, Culture & Heritage in Transition.” Special student rate of $50.
